Quick Box Packaging has the right to make changes to such Terms and Conditions or to revise them without any prior warning. It is suggested that the users should check this page occasionally, since by using the Website you do accept any changes.
Materials. Property and Competency
The website and all of the material on it, such as text, data, software, artwork, designs, graphics, photographs, illustrations, and any other written content (Website Content) is the sole property of Quick Box Packaging, and is entitled to protection by the copyright laws, intellectual property laws, and otherwise. You shall not copy, edit, publish, distribute, reproduce or transmit any content of our Website Content unless you have written authorization to do so. Their Terms can be violated by using them unlawfully, and it may result in a lawsuit.
All the templates, materials, and designs of our custom packaging belong to Quick Box Packaging. We can demonstrate, exhibit, or provide samples of tailor-printed packages and boxes, which we make to customers in order to illustrate the quality of our design and print work.
User Conduct
Any content you place on, post or share (i.e. images, text, logos or artwork) is the responsibility of the individual doing so. Through our services, you attest that:
- You own all the rights and permission of the materials you are supplying.
- No copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights of third parties are infringed in your content.
- You will not place on the site any illegal, obscene, defamatory, abusive or otherwise objectionable material.
We also have the option but not compulsion to cull off any content that contrave
Orders, Proofs, and Approvals
Every order that is done on our Website will be reviewed and approved by Quick Box Packaging. After accepting a digital proof or design file, it has to be produced and no additional modifications are permitted.
Thoroughly examine everything as far as layout, spelling, positioning of images and correct color. We should not be responsible to make mistakes that were overlooked during approval.
We aim at precise color matching, variations in printing process and printing material may cause variations. In case color accuracy is essential, we can ask to provide a tangible evidence (further fees can be charged).
Terms of payment and cancellations of orders.
The prices are quoted in U.S dollar (USD). Our orders are only processed when payment is made in full or a deposit made. The options are to make payments through credit/debit card, PayPal or any other approved modes.
When an order is placed in production it cannot be canceled. In case of cancellation, which is done within 4 hours of approval of proof, a cancellation fee of $100 or 5 percent of the order value (whichever is higher) is charged. The cancellation can be charged 50% of the production and set up cost after 24 hours. Once started, design-service orders cannot be refunded.
Shipping, Risk of Loss and Delivery
Your order is approved and paid in full then production and shipping are started. We strive to achieve the anticipated delivery dates but we cannot be blamed of any delay by carriers, weather, custom and other cause beyond our control.
Our facility is FOB (Free on Board) for all shipments; all the part of risk is transferred to yours when the order is given to the carrier. You should attentively give correct shipping information, the wrong addresses can cost extra charges.
Our packaging materials are pre-assembled and flat to make transport safe.
Returns and Refunds
Since we make our products on commission, we do not accept any returns and refunds once printing has begun. In case of any defect in a product or failure to print as approved then inform us within 3 working days. We can resend upon confirmation and the defected goods should be sent back by the customers within a period of 7 business days at their cost.
Refunds or replacements are given when there were proven manufacturing or printing mistakes by Quick Box Packaging. No money is refunded at the errors or color difference of user provided artwork.
Submitted Artwork and Files
The artwork should be delivered by customers at the 300DPI resolution and CMYK color mode. Image files in RGB or low-resolution can lead to changes in color or printing problems. Quick Box Packaging does not pixelate, or have color variations or layout issues that are caused by improper file formatting or low quality artwork.
We may decline to accept offensive, illegal or objectionable work of art that infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
You accept to indemnify, defend, and otherwise hold harmless Quick Box Packaging, its owners, employees, affiliates, and contractors against all claims, losses, or damages caused by:
(a) your content,
(b) infringement of intellectual property,
(c) misuse of our Website, or
(d) breach of these Terms.
The amount we will pay as our total liability will not be more than what you paid on the particular contested order. We do not bear indirect, incidental or consequential damages associated with the use or the failure to use our Website, services or products.
Legal Compliance and Sales Tax.
All the relevant taxes on sales shall be paid unless a valid tax exemption certificate will be provided upon ordering. Compliance with local, state and federal laws on what products are used and how to label them is your responsibility.
Changes and Dismissal
Quick Box Packaging also reserves the right to change, revise or cancel part of the Website, services or these Terms, any time and without any notice. By not stopping using our Website instead of such changes, you agree to the new Terms.
